Getting Started

Opening an account, verification and your first login.

How do I open an account?

Click Open Account, complete the registration form with your real details and confirm your email address. You will then be asked to upload identification so we can verify the account. Most applications are reviewed within one business day.

What documents do I need for verification?

A valid government-issued photo ID (passport, national identity card or driving licence) and a proof of address issued within the last six months — a utility bill, bank statement or an official letter showing your name and address. Make sure all four corners of the document are visible and the text is readable.

How long does verification take?

Documents are usually reviewed within one business day. If something is unclear — a blurred photo or an expired document — we will email you and explain exactly what is needed.

Is there a minimum deposit?

The minimum depends on the account tier you choose. The full comparison, including spreads and the features of each tier, is on the account types section of the homepage.

Can I try the platform before funding?

Yes. MetaTrader 4 offers a demo mode with virtual funds so you can get comfortable with charts and order types before risking real money. Ask support and we will set one up for you.

Deposits & Withdrawals

Funding methods, processing times and withdrawal rules.

Which deposit methods do you support?

Bank transfer and cryptocurrency transfer are supported. The exact details available to you appear in your client area under Deposit once your account is verified.

How long do deposits take to appear?

Cryptocurrency deposits are usually credited after the required network confirmations, typically within an hour. Bank transfers depend on your bank and the corridor used — generally one to three business days.

How do I withdraw my funds?

Submit a withdrawal request from the client area. Requests are reviewed on business days and returned to your original funding source wherever technically possible. Your account must be fully verified and you should have no unsettled obligations on the account.

Are there withdrawal fees?

We do not add a mark-up to withdrawals. Network fees for cryptocurrency and any charges levied by intermediary or correspondent banks are borne by the client, as is standard.

Can I deposit from someone else's account?

No. For anti-money-laundering reasons, deposits must come from a payment source in your own name. Third-party payments are returned to the sender, which can take time and incur fees.

MetaTrader 4

Downloads, logging in, charts, orders and mobile trading.

Where do I download MetaTrader 4?

Once your account is approved, the client area shows your MT4 login, server name and direct download links for the Windows terminal and the mobile app. Support can resend them at any time.

I can't log in to MT4. What should I check?

Three things, in this order: that you are using the trading account number and not your website email; that the server selected matches exactly the one shown in your client area; and that your password has no trailing space from copy-and-paste. If it still fails, contact support and we will reset it.

What's the difference between the investor password and the master password?

The master password gives full access, including placing and closing trades. The investor password is read-only — useful if you want someone to review your account without being able to trade on it.

Can I trade from my phone?

Yes. The MT4 mobile app for iOS and Android connects to the same account as the desktop terminal, with live quotes, charting and full order management.

Do you support Expert Advisors?

MT4 supports automated strategies. You are responsible for anything an EA does on your account, so test it thoroughly on a demo account first and keep an eye on it in live conditions.

Trading Conditions

Spreads, leverage, swaps, lot sizes and market hours.

What leverage is available?

Leverage depends on the instrument and on your account tier. Remember that higher leverage increases both potential gains and potential losses — see the risk disclosure before increasing it.

Are your spreads fixed or variable?

Variable. They reflect live interbank liquidity, so they are typically tightest during the main sessions and widen around news releases, the daily rollover and market opens.

What are swap fees?

A financing charge or credit applied to positions held past the daily rollover. It reflects the interest-rate differential between the two instruments in the pair and is shown per instrument in the platform specification.

When are the markets open?

Forex trades from Sunday evening to Friday evening (server time), with each instrument following the hours of its underlying market. Cryptocurrencies trade 24/7. Exact hours per instrument are shown in MT4 under Specification.

What happens if my margin runs low?

When your margin level falls below the maintenance threshold you will receive a margin call warning. If it keeps falling, positions are closed automatically, starting with the largest loss, to protect the account from going further into deficit.

Account & Security

Passwords, personal details, statements and closing an account.

How do I change my password?

Website password: from your profile in the client area. MT4 password: from within the terminal under Tools → Options → Server → Change, or ask support to reset it for you.

How do I update my personal details?

Send the request from your registered email address. Changes to name, address or bank details require supporting documentation before they can be applied.

Where can I find my statements?

MT4 generates account statements on demand for any period, and the client area shows your deposits, withdrawals and current balance. Support can email a formal statement if you need one for your records.

How do I close my account?

Close any open positions, withdraw your remaining balance and send us a closure request from your registered email. We keep the records required by law after closure, as described in the privacy policy.

Someone claims to manage accounts on your behalf — is that genuine?

We never ask for your password, and we do not authorise third parties to trade on client accounts or to collect deposits outside the official channels shown in your client area. If in doubt, stop and contact us directly through the details on this website.

Contact & Support

How to reach us and what to have ready.

How do I contact support?

Through the contact page. Write from the email address registered on your account and include your trading account number — it lets us answer the first time instead of asking you to confirm details.

What are your support hours?

Our team is available around the clock while the markets are open, Monday to Friday. Requests received at the weekend are answered when the markets reopen.

How quickly will I get a reply?

Most enquiries are answered the same business day. Anything involving document review or a payment provider may take longer, and we will tell you if that is the case rather than leaving you waiting.

Do you offer support in other languages?

Yes — tell us your preferred language in your first message and we will do our best to route you to a colleague who speaks it.

Still stuck?

Talk to a person.

No ticket queues, no scripted replies — a member of the team reads your message and answers it.
