Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the AutoTrade24 website, the client area and any trading account opened with us. By opening an account or using the website you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these terms in full. If you do not agree with them, please do not use our services.

1. Eligibility

To open an account you must be at least 18 years of age, have full legal capacity in your country of residence and not be a resident of a jurisdiction in which the provision of our services would be contrary to local law or regulation. We reserve the right to request proof of age, identity and residence at any time and to refuse or close an account at our discretion.

2. Account opening and verification

All applicants must complete our onboarding process, which includes identity verification and, where required, proof of address and source-of-funds checks. You undertake that all information you provide is accurate, current and complete, and you agree to notify us promptly of any change. Accounts that remain unverified may be restricted from trading, depositing or withdrawing.

  • One account per person. Duplicate or nominee accounts may be merged or closed.
  • Login credentials are personal. You are responsible for all activity carried out under your credentials.
  • Third-party deposits and withdrawals are not accepted.

3. Trading services

We provide access to trading in foreign exchange and contracts for difference (CFDs) on indices, commodities, shares and cryptocurrencies through the MetaTrader 4 platform. Orders are executed at the prices available at the moment of execution. Quoted prices are indicative and may differ from execution prices as a result of market volatility, liquidity, latency or gapping.

We do not provide investment advice, portfolio management or personal recommendations. Any market commentary, educational material or analysis is provided for information only and does not take into account your objectives, financial situation or needs.

4. Deposits, withdrawals and fees

  • Deposits must be made from a payment source held in your own name.
  • Withdrawals are processed to the original funding source wherever technically possible.
  • Withdrawal requests are reviewed on business days; processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
  • Applicable spreads, swap rates and any commissions are shown on the platform and in your account specification.
  • Third-party payment or bank charges are borne by the client.

5. Prohibited conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of positions, the cancellation of trades, the suspension of the account and, where required, a report to the competent authority:

  • Abusive trading practices including latency arbitrage, price manipulation and the exploitation of quotation errors.
  • Use of the account by, or on behalf of, a third party without our written consent.
  • Provision of false, misleading or fraudulent information or documentation.
  • Any activity connected with money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud or sanctions evasion.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, nor for losses arising from events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to interruptions of internet connectivity, failure of your equipment, force majeure events, actions of liquidity providers or suspension of trading by an exchange.

7. Amendments and termination

We may amend these terms from time to time. The version published on this page is the version in force. Material changes will be notified through the website or by email. Either party may terminate the relationship at any time; termination does not affect obligations accrued before it takes effect, including the settlement of open positions.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which AutoTrade24 is established. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of that jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules applicable in your country of residence.

Risk Disclosure

Trading leveraged products carries a high level of risk to your capital. You can lose more than the amount you deposit. These products are not suitable for everyone. Please make sure you fully understand the risks before you trade.

Leverage works both ways

Leverage allows you to control a position much larger than your deposit. A small movement in the underlying market therefore produces a proportionally much larger effect on your account. The same mechanism that magnifies a gain magnifies a loss, and losses can exceed your initial margin.

Market risk

Prices can move sharply, particularly around economic releases, corporate announcements, political events or the market open after a weekend. Markets may gap — that is, jump from one price to another without trading at the levels in between — which means a stop-loss order may be filled at a materially worse price than requested.

Liquidity and execution risk

In thin or fast-moving markets, spreads may widen and orders may be filled at prices different from those displayed at the time of the request (slippage). During extreme conditions, execution may be delayed or, in rare cases, temporarily unavailable.

Cryptocurrency risk

Cryptocurrency markets trade around the clock and are considerably more volatile than traditional asset classes. Overnight and weekend movements can be very large. Regulatory changes in a single jurisdiction can affect prices globally and without warning.

Overnight financing

Positions held past the daily rollover time are subject to swap charges or credits. Over long holding periods these can accumulate and materially affect the outcome of a trade, irrespective of the price direction.

Technology risk

Online trading depends on hardware, software and internet connectivity, all of which can fail. We are not responsible for losses caused by a failure of your equipment or connection. We recommend keeping the mobile app installed and our support contact details to hand as a backup.

No guaranteed outcomes

Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results. No system, strategy, signal or educational material can guarantee a profit. Trade only with capital you can afford to lose, and consider seeking independent financial advice if you are unsure.

  • Performance of a contract — to open and operate your account and execute your orders.
  • Legal obligation — identity verification, record-keeping, anti-money-laundering and reporting duties.
  • Legitimate interest — securing our systems, preventing fraud and improving our services.
  • Consent — marketing communications, which you can withdraw at any time.

Sharing

We share personal data only where necessary: with payment providers to process transactions, with identity-verification and technology providers acting on our instructions, and with competent authorities where required by law. We do not sell personal data.

Retention

Account and transaction records are kept for the period required by applicable anti-money-laundering and record-keeping rules, counted from the end of the client relationship. Technical logs are kept for a shorter period, proportionate to their security purpose.

Security

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored on access-controlled systems. Access to client documentation is limited to staff who need it for their role. No system is completely immune to risk, and we ask clients to protect their own credentials and to enable every security option available to them.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to your data, correction of inaccurate data, erasure where no legal retention duty applies, restriction of or objection to processing, and a copy of your data in a portable format. To exercise these rights, contact us through the contact page. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Cookies

We use cookies that are strictly necessary for the website and the client area to function, including session and security cookies. Market data widgets embedded on our pages are provided by third parties and may set their own cookies; details are available in the respective providers' policies. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling essential cookies will prevent you from signing in.

AML Policy

AutoTrade24 operates a risk-based programme designed to prevent our services from being used for money laundering, terrorist financing or the circumvention of sanctions.

Customer due diligence

Before an account is activated for trading and funding, we verify the identity of every client using official documentation. Enhanced due diligence is applied where the risk profile requires it, including for politically exposed persons, clients from higher-risk jurisdictions and unusually large or complex transactions.

  • Government-issued photo identification.
  • Proof of residential address issued within the last six months.
  • Source-of-funds or source-of-wealth evidence where applicable.

Payment rules

  • Deposits are accepted only from accounts or instruments held in the client's own name.
  • Withdrawals are returned to the original funding source wherever technically possible.
  • Cash deposits and third-party payments are not accepted under any circumstances.

Monitoring and reporting

Account activity is monitored on an ongoing basis. Transactions that are inconsistent with a client's stated profile, or that display indicators of layering or structuring, are reviewed by our compliance function. Where suspicion cannot be ruled out, we are legally required to file a report with the competent financial intelligence unit and may be prohibited from informing the client.

Record keeping and training

Identification records and transaction data are retained for the period prescribed by applicable law. Staff receive periodic training on their obligations, on the recognition of suspicious activity and on the confidentiality of reports.

Cooperation. We may freeze an account, decline a transaction or terminate a relationship where required to meet our legal obligations, and we cooperate fully with lawful requests from competent authorities.
